Mr. Jose David Alcantara has been practicing law since 1988 and is a registered attorney in the State of New Jersey. The Alcantara office specializes in comprehensive criminal litigation in both Superior and Municipal courts. Mr. Alcantara is a respected 9-11 attorney who represented individuals employed at the Twin Towers, collaborating with the Federal government to secure a significant settlement for the original maintenance staff who survived that tragic event. He has also served as a guest speaker at the Atlantic County Police Academy, focusing on appropriate criminal procedures, particularly regarding immigrants. Furthermore, he has contributed to the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) by presenting seminars alongside other esteemed panelists for five years, educating new attorneys on proper criminal procedures before and during trials.
